I have Coffee as my other starter and for some reason feel like I shouldnt have both my RBs in the same game. Also, last week, SF made A.Peterson look like an average RB. Am I nuts for thinking about sittin S.Jax?

MY league is ppr (1point) and 2pt per carry!!!

Not completely nuts, but I would still start S.Jax... Boller will probably have to check down a lot and that team has to go through Jackson to do well.

I agree with the post above that you're not nuts about it but SJax is one of the RBs that you always need to start barring an injury or a match up against the Steelers or Ravens. Jackson will also probably catch a lot of balls out in the flat. SF may have looked good against Peterson but Peterson is more or less ineffective in the passing game. Go with Jackson
