Which Defense should I start ? Jets or Texans

Which def. should I start ?

Jets vs. NO -or-
Texans vs. Oak

Tough to sit the Jets D considering Buff kept NO in check last week. But I think I'd play the matchup this week and go with Houston. I think it is a high risk/high reward play against Oak. Oak is probably going to try and pound them with the run, but expect Russell to give up a few TO's. He's terrible.

Texans, especially if your league does negative points for "Points Scored Against"

Our league does take away points for points against.
Also, I don't currently have The Texans D, but was thinking about waiving WR - Michael Jenkins ( ATL ) who hasn't done much this year, or Beani Wells. Or, I could just play the Jets this week.
