Man! I some some ticked off owners for extending the fantasy season to cover the playof game tomorrow.

I explained that fantasy involved any regular season games, and that includes tomorrow's game.

What are your thoughts?

my thoughts are that you are posting this in the wrong forum. But I think it's bs, the season is 162 games gives an unfair advantage to whoever has Minn/Det players.

Indeed wrong forum, but I'm completely in disagreement too. Fantasy baseball ended last night; it doesn't last till Tuesday to include Minn/Detroit. Absolutely ridiculous. If that were my money league and that change actually made a difference, I would be in an uproar and probably refuse to join the next year.

Personally I believe that no rule changes should be made after the draft, under any circumstances, including extending the season. If you did want to change the rules, then I think it should have been done only if everyone in the league agreed.

And you said it yourself; the extra game is not a regular season game. It's a one-game playoff. Since it is a playoff game, it should not be counted as a regular season game.
