I need a CB/S and a RB for this week

I've got C. Woodson out for the week, traded S. Jackson for Rivers and I'm looking to to drop the bears D (I have PHI) to pick up a CQ and hope some of my trade offers come through for a RB (Daniels for Addai).

Anyone have some advice as to who I can pickup this week?
I was looking at Anthony Henry or Antoine Bethea for the week.
