OK, an owner just DROPPED Pierre Thomas!!! I know--wow! But my problem is this: with our strict roster rules if I get him I'll only have Benson as a starting RB this week since Forte and Thomas both have byes. That means a guaranteed goose egg in one of my RB slots.
Still, is it worth it? I'd be playing the owner who dropped Thomas. And if I do, should I drop Moreno or Benson? I'm leaning towards Moreno but I just picked him up.

Keep your eye on Correll Buckhalter. If he's out a few weeks, Moreno's stock rises. Benson has been traditionally terrible, but is having a serviceable year. If it were me, I'd lean toward dropping Benson, but tempered by what I see out of Buckhalter. Getting Pierre Thomas would be a great pickup.
jesus this is tough. now way you can drop moreno with this week being his real chance to break out with buck hurting, but thomas should in no way be on the wire. i don't think i'd drop moreno right now, i'd almost try to work a 2 for 1 trade figuring in that thomas is part of it, even if the 1 you're getting for 2 doesn't seem enough at the time, just say to yourself you're also receiving pt.

I thought about doing just that. The thing I'm worried about is, I'm not sure I can land Thomas. I'm not first on the waiver wire so I'd hate to trade a 2-for-1 and then not land Thomas at all.
It sounds like Benson should be the one I drop to get Thomas...any other thoughts?

yeah i mean i'd take benson over thomas,but benson shouldn't be a FA either. if anyone in your league has any fantasy knowledge and you don't have the #1 priority then there really shouldn't be a chance you land him anyway...
Very unlikely you get him if you don’t have the top priority. But it’s worth a shot. Can you drop your kicker and then try to work out a 2-for-1 before the weekend or is that against league rules? Worst case scenario, drop Benson.
In the long run I'd probably favor Thomas over Benson; Benson didn't have a great game against a lousy Cle defense, and his better games of the season may be behind him. It's a tough call though, putting Benson out on waivers for someone to pick up isn't ideal either.
Wow, not a lot of love for Benson here. I think you should drop Moreno for Thomas. Benson will have a great season. Carson Plamer is geting back to his former self and that offense is going to get better.
