FLEX SPOT, WHIR

Postby Eightan » Wed Oct 07, 2009 10:50 am

Ok, my choices for flex spot are:

Mewelde Moore @ Detroit
Andre Caldwell @Baltimore
Kelley Washington vs. Cincinnati
Could also maybe go with Fargas but I'/m not liking it vs. NYG

I'm thinking of ditching Caldwell vs. Baltimore because they're pass rush is ridiculous. On the other hand, Cinci will probably be playing from behind, so they'll have to pass teh ball more often which means Caldwell could get some looks.

Assuming, I ditch Caldwell, which of the other 2 is better option?

14 team league, PPR, 4 points for passing TD's.
QB- McNabb
WR- Steve Smith (Car.)
WR- Hines Ward
RB- Westbrook
RB- Thomas Jones
TE- Vernon Davis
W/R- ????????
BN- D. Henderson, Kelley Washington, Mewelde Moore, Caldwell, Bruce, Fargas, Stafford
Def- Pittsburgh
K- Longwell

I would look at Washington vs. Cincinnati. Flacco is doing very nice.
Standard 12 team non ppr:
QB- Romo, Locker
WR- R. White, B. Marshall, R. Wayne, and P. Garcon
RB- L. McCoy, D. Martin, K. Smith, P. Hillis, and M. Goodsen
TE- G. Olsen
K- M. Bryant
D- Hou

Both aren't great options but I would go with Moore, especially if Parker is out. He'll have a chance to get some yards maybe a TD.

I'm going with Caldwell or Washington. Both will get more looks than Moore. Parker is Q, and Mendenhall is the backup. Caldwell is getting quite a few looks from Palmer, and Flacco's passing game gets better each week. To pick, Caldwell, because they will be playing from behind.

Does it make any difference if lineup has to be set by Friday? Will not have access to change over weekend.... :-o

Yes, that definitely factors in because I don't think we'll know for sure if Parker will play or not by Friday.

From the choices you've listed, it is kind of a crapshoot. I like Moore best if Parker does not play. If Parker plays, I say go Washington.

Definitly Moore, he'll be sharing carries with mendenhall, but it's detroit so I bet each of em has a TD or two...
