non-PPR league. We start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, K, D. Here's my roster:

QB - Drew Brees, Joe Flacco
RB - Jones-Drew, Portis, Lynch, Moreno, Harrison
WR - White, Smith(NYG), Sims-Walker, Driver, Mason
TE - Daniels
K - Akers
D - Vikings

I've been offered DeAngelo Williams, Lance Moore, & Donald Brown for Portis, Mason, & Lynch. Do I accept??

I would accept that as soon as possible. Its a clear upgrade. DeAngelo is way better than Portis and is dealing with a lot fewer injuries. The others are about a wash to each other, so in the end you definitely get the best of this deal. Portis will just be deadweight on your roster, I'd definitely get rid of him for DeAngelo Williams.
