Jennings for Boldin PPR Opinions please. WHIR

I have been offered this trade and wanted to get some feedback please.

This is our scoring system

1 pt. for 10 yds rushing/receiving
1 pt per reception
1 pt for 20 yds passing
6 pts for all touchdowns
1 pt for XP
FG pts based on distance 20-29=2 pts, 40-49=4 pts, etc.
No negatives of any kind

We start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE and 1K
We are required to maintain a roster of 3QB, 4RB, 4WR, 2TE and 2K at all times

My roster

QB- Brees, Schaub, Bulger
RB- Tomlinson, Jacobs, Mendenhall, McGahee
WR- Boldin, Knox, Manningham,Sims-Walker
TE- Z. Miller(OAK), Cooley
K- Crosby, Rackers

Jennings is on a bye week 5, so I would have to start Sims-Walker against Seattle and Manningham against Oakland.

Keep Boldin this week. I pretty much like Boldin just as much as Jennings. If he wants to trade after this week though, think about it. Boldin has some P's and Q's by his name alot, but that's the only reason I would trade him for Jennings. Push.

There is equal value there and Boldin may have even higher upside since he's more skilled than Jennings.

I'd stick with Boldin, they're pretty even, but I like AZ's passing game more considering how much time Rodgers has been spending on his back.
