5 player trade

I'm a commisioner in a cbs 12 team standard rules league and this trade was offered and accepted: Team 1 offers: Michael Bush,Steven Jackson and Andre Johnson for Team 2: Frank Gore and Julius Jones. This trade doesn't seem close to me because Gore is out for at least 2 more weeks and Jones hasn't proven he can keep it up for any length of time. Andre is a stud and Jackson has put up decent point totals even though he is on a horrible team and Bush will get more carries with Mcfadden out. I'm thinking Jackson and Johnson straight up for Gore and Jones would be something I could approve. What do you guys think? Any advice is appreciated.
