Massaquoi = #1 Waiver pickup? WHIR

Postby saemick » Wed Oct 07, 2009 6:58 pm

I have the #1 waiver priority, which almost seems to be a curse, but anyway, should I use it for Massaquoi? Below is my current roster:

12-team .5pt per Reception
QB: Schaub
RB: Donald Brown, Coffee, Gore, McFadden* hurt
WR: AJ, Welker, Royal, Breaston, Avery
TE: Cooley
K: Nedney
D: GB
Scoring: 10yds rush/rec = 1pt, 25yds pass = 1pt, TD = 6pts, fumble/int. = -2pts

We start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1RB/WR

help me out and leave a link

definitely not... since you have the #1 WW and your RBs are thin.. you should be looking there.

Help please

I guess it depends on who else is available on the wire, but in my leagues, good backs have been hard to come by this season. I would probably save the spot and wait for a decent RB pickup. There should be as good or better than Massaquoi available at WR to pick up each week.

I agree with everyone else here you probably need to look at RB's. You seem a little thin there. I did however pick Mass up today because of the news of Edwards being traded.

If there is no good RB on the wire then not such a bad pick. He will be inconsistant though so if you do pull the trigger be ready for ups and downs.
