Need to add value at RB!

Postby FattyMcButterPants » Wed Oct 07, 2009 10:26 pm

I have a bunch of good players on my team; what sucks is i cant start them all. It is probably for this reason that I find myself 0-4. This is also making it hard for me to figure out players I can afford to trade, and those I need to hang on to.

I need value at RB unquestionably, and have players to do so. Who can I afford to give up, and which players should I potentially target?

Understandably a generic question, but I could use all the help I can get.

ESPN Standard Scoring
1 Q, 2RB, 1RB/WR, 2 WR, 1 TE
QB: Tom Brady, Jay Cutler
RB's: Kevin Smith, Steven Jackson, Knowshon Moreno, Glen Coffee, Cadillac Williams
WR's: Andre Johnson, Bernard Berrian, Steve Smith (NYG), Nate Burleson
TE: Greg Olsen, Brent Celek

Well, you could get rid of Olsen. Grabbing people off the wire is like investing your bench, and there's no point in hoping a TE blossoms into trade bait or even a weekly starter.

Cutler is a sell high right now with that rushing TD padding his points. Steve Smith is also, but some say that he's the real deal. That's your call. After this week, you should know if Moreno can be trusted to start. If he does well, he can probably hold down that flex for the rest of the year. Don't trade SJax or Brady. They will come back and get you points, and their trade value is low. Keep Andre and Kevin, because their points are what you can expect all year. They're just doing their job on your team.

Honestly, starting Brady, Jackson, Kevin, Moreno, Andre, and Steve Smith should win alot of games.

Thanks with help on mine.
