Which TE to drop? WHIR

I need to drop a TE in order to pick up Harrison for the Browns to give another back.. with Davis going down and Lewis just sucking it up this year. I think Harrison will be the starter. My gut says Heath and then I will drop Massaquoi after tomorrow (so that he goes on waiver until next week) to pick up a kicker and I'll just drop GB and pick up a fill in D. I think i have depth at my positions especially that Marshall seems to coming out.

I thought about trading away miller but my league is not a high trade activity and I normally never get a response on them.
