With B. Edwards going to the Jets Cotchery's value just nose dived. Expectations are high for Edwards and that comes at the cost of Cotch. I would go with Welker for the long term.

Tough time to answer your simple question. As already stated, the Edwards trade throws Cotchery's value into doubt. He's still good, but you have to figure looks will go Edwards' way. A week ago I would've had Cotchery ahead by a little (especially with Welker's health uncertainty). With Welker taking the field again, and the Edwards trade, I give Welker the edge. Though the pick is a bit under-informed - I'd need to see how Edwards fits in with the Jets and Welker at a clear 100% to know for sure.

I would have said Welker regardless because if healthy, he's a little beast.
