Trade offer? Flacco for Vernon

I have 3 QBs on my roster in Kurt Warner, Joe Flacco, and David Garrard and only 1 TE in John Carlson. I've been offered Vernon Davis for Joe Flacco. Knowing that baring iinjury, I'm going to start Warner now that his bye week is over, do I make the trade? It is a PPR league.

Also, I've already countered with Garrard for Davis and that didn't work

This is a tough call. Carlson had a big game with Hasselback at qb, but hasn't done much since he has been out. Will it change when he gets back? Davis may have finally figured it out after Singeltary got on his ass. You have 3 quality qb's, I think Warner and the Arizona offense will turn things around and come out of the bye week playing well, and Garrard will be a capable backup if he goes down. The only thing is why do you need two te's? If you can only start one, it doesn't make sense to me to have two on your roster. I'm assuming that he needs qb help, so I would add a player and try to get something more out of him besides a second te.
