Who would you think would be the pickup? Morris or Maroney? Or Green-Ellis?

man this is a tough situation. maroney is probably the main guy that will be picked up but belichick could give morris or faulk carries as well. i think green-ellis has the most upside because he was solid when given majority carries for 5 or so games last yr but he seems to be the odd man out, only dressed once this year and hasnt had a carry yet.

seems like the pats should really make a move for a rb if they won't to contend this year but its the pats, they always seem to find a guy to plug in, but if they want that sure-fire guy, they have plenty of picks next year and the year after to trade for one. one guy that comes to mind is s jax, saw that on espn news the other day, but it is PURELY speculation. no truth/fact to that what-so-ever, just people's hunches.

is Fred Taylor worth holding onto for a month? He's been on my bench but as it gets colder out in NE it usually means the RB's can have some solid play depending on the weather. I hate having any Pats RB as it's so unpredictable. Freddie got 1 game at full load only cuz Maroney went down week 3, the next week it was against Baltimore so couldn't really tell if they were going to stick with him for 20 touches a game as you can't run against Bal anyways. damn, was hoping this week would've told us their true plan with him too

It's time to drop Taylor. Even if he returns later in the season I wouldn't expect much.
