Ray Rice or LeSean McCoy for Wk5!? WHIR

14 person PPR league

Ray Rice losing carries to McGahee and not seeing the red zone against a Cincy run defense that stuffed the Steelers

vs.

LeSean McCoy spelling Westbrook (and a bit more to allow for a Westbrook recovery and strength down the stretch), getting catches and more touches against a pathetic Tampa Bay team

I'm thinking McCoy has more value this week, and possibly in the near future

also, on a whim, I have the option of starting Brent Celek against this same Tampa Bay team, or Jason Witten who hasn't done much at all in a Cowboys offense looking for an identity. Celek get the nod this week, or will Witten tear up KC?

Lineup for Wk 5:
Garrard @ SEA
Wayne @ TEN
Sims-Walker @ SEA
MJD @ SEA
McCoy hosting TB
Celek hosting TB
Mendenhall @ DET

I realize they are mostly away games, but to powerful teams like the Colts and the surprisingly plucky Jaguars, it doesn't much matter

Bench:

Ray Rice hosting CIN
Garcon @ TEN
Jennings ON BYE
Betts @CAR
Sidney Rice @ STL
Witten @ KC

I'd go McCoy. Witten vs. Celek is a coin flip considering the matchups, but I'd lean towards Witten.

I can't sit Rice in a PPR...or even a .5 PPR which is what I have him in. Even without the end zone touches he has way too much value. That Celek ? is tough...Common sense says start one of the best TEs in the business (Witten) but Celek has proven he is worth starting every week. I have him in 2 of my leagues and I'm only sitting him against Clark. I say Rice and Celek...

if mcnabb comes back this week i think i might go celek, because i see qbs try to get comfortable by using their TE's a lot, but i think it might be a clusterf*ck on the otherhand and all 3 eagle qbs might be seeing some time and theyll struggle to find any sort of passing rhythm. so far this year rice has been really consistant and thats what i look for, i think id give him a chance this week and if it goes bad and he gets a lot less touches, go mccoy next week.
