Lots of week 5 help. I ALWAYS help in return.

Alright guys, I am almost at a total loss as to who to start and bench this coming week. I've got lots of players that tend to be VERY inconsistant and it stucks. My Mr. Consistency, Frank Gore, got hurt. My QBs have been performing, so I'm happy with them, but everything else... I've got to sort out. I'm not just going to come here and have someone else play fantasy football for me. I'm going to give you reasons why I think I should/shouldnt start each person, and I want you guys to help me through this so I can finally decide who to start in each position.

So first, QB position...
I've got Favre starting right now against the rams. I mean come on, the rams... I think Favre can put some yardage up against them.
But I also have Carson Palmer, who has been money... the thing is, he plays the Ravens this week. They are DIFFICULT!

Lean: Favre. If Carson Palmer has a bad game, that means Ochocinco also probably has a bad game. Favre hedges my bet. However, if some of you think Palmer will be a better play than Favre, I'm more than willing... Palmer has been an every-day start for me all season.

RB1 is solid... Steven Jackson

RB2 is a little iffy... I can either start Fred Jackson or Julius Jones. This is where I wish I had Frank Gore back, he was dominating for me :( But I don't know who is a stronger play this week. Julius Jones got more carries last week and was clearly going to be the starter, but Fred Jackson is a BEAST... he's just not being utilzied as much. Jones plays Jacksonville, Fred Jackson plays cleveland.

WR1 is solid... Ochocinco
WR2 is solid... Sims-Welker
WR3... Is where I need to know who to start
I can start Nate Washington against the Colts.
I can start Terrell Owens against Cleveland.
I can start Kevin Walter against Arizona.
What is the strongest play?

Thanks guys. Will help in return.

Palmer actually has a good track record vs the Ravens start him.

If you count PPR, go with Fred Jackson, otherwise JJ.

Terrell Owens is still your strongest receiver out of that group not to mention that's the best matchup.

Help with mine, please:

QB ... I'd start Favre too. Sure, the catch is that they could run all over the Rams and Favre doesn't need to throw at all. But I think he'll throw a little bit. The floor is higher than Palmer ... he's been decent this year, but going against the Ravens is a gamble.

RBs are close (SJax playing Minn, and no one runs on them). I'd still play SJax (he has to score sometime, right?) and Fred Jackson (nice matchup).

WR3 is really down to TO vs Walter. Walters frustrates the hell out of me. I always start him during his bad games, and his monster games come on my bench. I'd roll with TO - like SJax, he has to start producing at some point, right?

I would also go with Farve at the QB spot, Jackson at the RB, and TO at the final WR spot
