Matt Ryan or Hasselbeck

Matt Ryan hit the waiver wire for whatever reason today. I have Carson Palmer and the perpetually injured Hasselbeck. With so little word on Hasselbeck's health, is it worth grabbing Ryan and dropping Hasselbeck? I also have todd heap as a TE2 behind Celek (already past his bye week) so I can hold 3 QBs for a week or 2 if necessary. Thoughts?
