Ha! This is what makes it a joke? I can't fathom how someone could continue to respect the Nobel Peace Prize after guys like Kofi Anon, Yasser Arafat, and Henry Freaking Kissenger won it, then give up on it now. I mean, Kissenger won it! Anyone short of Osama Bin Laden wouldn't surpass that as the worst pick ever.

This is a major news event, and the discussion about it doesn't have to be political, although I'm sure it certainly could be if people wanted it to be.
Just surprised that a major news event with the President of the United States, there was no thread in the politics forum...and there still isn't
Haven't you heard? We're withe... ahhh! Never mind.

I remember that. The most prolific terrorist to date gets the Nobel Peace Prize. What a joke.
Y'know, Obama did throw out the first pitch to a baseball game. It ALMOST made it to home plate too. Maybe they give him the Cy Young...
Yo, Met... thanks for the sig! GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only thing that really irks me about this is that, didn't the nominee names have to be 17 or 18 days after he was elected into office? I don't think he did anything that great in 17 or 18 days to get his name on the ballot, IMO.
