Andre Johnson Trade

Postby fantasybeast27 » Fri Oct 09, 2009 8:20 am

I am in a 10 team keeper contract league.

1 pt per 10 yds catching and rushing
6 pts per catching and rushing TD
NON PPR

I am in 2nd place.

My team
QB Big Ben
RB Frank Gore
RB Deangelo Williams
WR/TE Larry Fitzgerald
WR/TE Brandon Marshall
WR/TE Steve Smith (NYG)
WR/RB Marshawn Lynch
K Nedney

BN Dallas Clark
BN Fred Jackson
BN Antonio Gates
BN Mewelde Moore
BN Earl Bennett
BN Caddy Williams
BN Greg Olsen

I was thinking of offering some combonation of trade for Andre Johnson involving Steve Smith (NYG).
Let me know what you think of these:

Steve Smith
Marshawn Lynch
FOR
Andre Johnson

Steve Smith
Antonio Gates
FOR
Andre Johnson

Steve Smith
Dallas Clark
FOR
Andre Johnson

I guess I really don't know what is too much. Feel free to suggest trades of your one. Thank you

My only suggestion for making a trade offer is to start with your bare minimum and negotiate from there.

Without knowing the other team's real needs, it's hard to see what would be enticing for him to give up AJ. I'm guessing Lynch and Smith aren't going to be enough until Lynch is really seen in action post suspension. I'd still throw that up first just to see if he will bite.

Post his roster and it would be easier to see what would work best here.
