Trade Help needed quickly... WHIR!

Owner came back and decided he didnt like the Reggie Bush for Addai being in the trade, so this is the new proposal:

I get Flacco/C Henry
I give Cassel/Roddy.

10 yds/1 pt rec/rush, .5pt/carry, 1 ppr, 20 yds/1 pt passing, .5pt/completion, .1pt/pass attempt, 6pt all TD's

Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 W/R, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def.

My team current:

QB - Cassel
QB - Orton
RB - SJAX
RB - B Jacobs
RB - Coffee
RB - J Stew
RB - R Bush
WR - VJAX
WR - MSW
WR - A Gonzo
WR - Massaquoi
WR - Cotchery
WR - Roddy White
TE - Celek
K - Tynes
DEF - Broncos

So basically it comes down to Flacco for Roddy. Is Flacco enough of an upgrade at QB to give up on Roddy White with the rest of my WR's?

Thanks in advance, and this trade needs to happen soon before he changes his mind again.

BTW I will drop C Henry and pickup Shonn Greene so the trade is Cassel/Roddy for Flacco/Greene.

Anyone? Just realized that Orton my other QB will be on bye same time as Flacco, so will have to go with Orton in the trade instead of Cassel so I have the bye week fill in for Flacco in week 7.

I think you have the depth at WR to withstand the loss of Roddy White. I still think he ends up as a top 10 WR, but if you can upgrade Orton to Flacco, even though I'm not the biggest fan of his, he could very well end up being a top 8 QB this year. You still can rotate the best of Jackson, Sims-Walker and Cotchery. QB is definately the weakness of your squad so I'd say pull the trigger unless you think you can grab a better QB.
