Trade Benson for Gore?

I trade my Cedric Benson for Frank Gore today.

My other RBs are Westbrook, Grant, and Mendenhall.

We start 2 RB and between these three I have nice matchups for weeks 5, 6, and 7.

I would need Gore week 8.

Is this too risky?

no not at all, gore is just injured..he will be back on track soon, and Benard Scott seems like he willget more playing time going forward.

Scott did alot better with his touches then bensen did last week. Eventually Bensen will be faded out by Scott

Benson is going to get the majority of the carries in Cincy still, not sure why 6 carries by Scott would all of the sudden change that when Benson has been running really well. 4.4 per carry and over 90 a game and he has also faced two of the top 5 run defenses. If this is a ppr league then take the trade but if it is just a regular league I think you stick with what you have unless you have room and can lock down Coffee as well. I like the Sanf Fran running game but if you can't grab both of the guys you might as well stick with the healthier option here.

Gore will do better than Benson down the line. In the immediate future, Benson is the better player, but if you make the playoffs, you'll be glad you have Gore.
