Trade for B. Jacobs?

I'm wanting to increase my RB and/or WR talent pool, and might be able to do both with this possible trade--Jacobs's owner is interested in unloading him after this week. Here's my roster right now (12-team league, 1 PPR, all else standard scoring):

QB: Schaub
RB: C. Johnson, Benson, J. Jones, J Stew
WR: Wayne, Bowe, K. Walter, Harvin, Massaquoi
TE: Carlson, Keller
K: Folk
Def: Carolina

and his:

QB: Romo, Roethlisberger
RB: Jacobs, McGahee, Westbrook
WR: Cotchery, Marshall, S. Holmes, Clayton, Chambers
TE: Gonzalez
K: K. Brown
Def: NYG, Miami

I'm torn on giving up Benson for Jacobs...Benson's upcoming schedule is rough, but weeks 11-16 look pretty great (@Oak, Cle, Det, @MN, @ SD, KC), which is nice if I make it to the play-offs.

Also wondering if I should offer up Bowe for Holmes...it's a buy-low situation for both, although I have a feeling Bowe's going to turn things around soon enough.

So would it be worthwhile to offer something like Benson + Bowe for his Jacobs + S. Holmes?

Or perhaps Bowe + J. Jones for Jacobs, and then try to pick up a replacement receiver elsewhere?

I like Jacobs with Eli a bit banged up with an injury that won't put him out but will bother him for a while I think the giants are going to rush the ball more and keep some pressure off him. I like the trade.
