Trying to Unload Reggie....WHIR

Postby Calix » Fri Oct 09, 2009 4:09 pm

1 ppr, .5pt/rush att, 10yds/1pt rec/rush, 6pt all TD.

My roster:

QB - Flacco
QB - Cassel
RB - SJAX
RB - Jacobs
RB - Coffee
RB - J Stew
RB - Bush
WR - VJax
WR - Cotchery
WR - MSW
WR - A Gonzo
WR - Masaqoui
TE - Celek
K - Tynes
DEF - Broncos
DEF - Saints

We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF.

I have been offered Braylon for Reggie, think I should do the trade?

Person trying to trade me really needs a running back in week 7 as he has Rice/K Smith on byes that week.

I might even be able to get Braylon/Minn DEF for Reggie/? DEF.

What do you think, WHIR as always.

I don't think either has done much but I would hold on to Braylon to see how he does over the next few weeks since the trade.

So Bush/DEN DEF for Braylon/Minn Def is what I am thinking.

Minn Def has a great playoff schedule, and this will give me Braylon/Cotchery whichever turns out to the be the main target from here on out for Sanchez, and as long as MSW/Vjax stay healthy I feel strong at WR.

Little more help would be appreciated.

I like the deal. Having edwards gives u options. You really dont need reggie. He has turned out to be nothing more than a punt returner.

I would try and get Edwards. I think he has a better upside and maybe the atmosphere in NY will make his hands be sticky so he can hold on to a ball. I think Reggie is crap.

I like Edwards better as well. Thomas is the man in NO, and Edwards should be the #1 WR in NYJ shortly. He might not be a great play this week, but soon enough he should be a better upgrade

Read more carefully haha, hes trading FOR Edwards.

I would also do the deal with the Minny defense in it and whichever D the guy wants, both upgrades for you.
