Which QB do I start? E. Manning, Hill or Anderson

I've got A. Rodgers on a bye this week- and Eli Manning is my backup. But will he play?
And even if he does, is either Shaun Hill or Derek Anderson a better option?

Scoring is as follows:
1 pt per 25 yards passing
4 pts for a passing touchdown
-1 pt per interception
2 pts for a 2-Point conversion
-2 points for each fumble lost

I'd say that Hill is your best Option. Eli probably won't play. Derek Anderson will hand the ball off to Harrison.
