D. McNabb or D. Garrard?

Postby 49ersavior » Fri Oct 09, 2009 9:19 pm

I'm currently leaning towards Garrard coming off a big game vs. Tennesse, plus Jacksonville's offense has been money for me with Sims-Walker and Jones-Drew as well. Both have decent matchups being Seattle for Garrarb and Tampa for McNabb, with Tampa having the obviously worse defense. After this week I might go to McNabb but is it a safe bet to start Garrard with McNabb coming off injury?

I love Garrard again this week. Another weak pass D with injuries should mean big numbers for Garrard. McNabb is coming off a tough injury to the ribs and he may be uncomfortable throwing his first game back...I'd wait and see how he does this week before starting him.

Both matchups are nice.

I like McNabb a little more than Garrard. He is at home. Seattle is not good but it can be a tough place on opposing QB's.
