both #1's going at it. Important TE question

Postby theboomking » Fri Oct 09, 2009 11:21 pm

should I go with Tony Gonzalez or Vernon Davis this week? it might be crazy, but i'm leaning towards Davis. He and isaac Bruce are the only ones catching passes on SF, and he's caught a TD in each of the last two weeks. Where-as gonzo is the better TE BUT in their bye week the falcons said they were going back to being a run heavy team. Help please, thanks guys.

I live in Atlanta, Tony Gonzalez has definitely made himself a huge part of the offense down here and I dont really see that changing. If Matt Ryan is in trouble he goes to Gonzalez, and if he throws a TD, Gonzalez is usually his first option. I'd stick with the stud this week.

Gonzo. I'd probly put VD over 75% of the te's out there, maybe more. Not Gonzo tho. He's on a mission.

Hope that helps...good luck! ;-D
