Trade decision WHIR

Postby oakstreetboy » Sat Oct 10, 2009 12:17 am

My team:

Brady
Slaton
McGahee
Moreno
Coffee
Chester Taylor
McFadden
Fitzgerald
Desean Jackson
Hester
Kevin Walter
Nate Washington
Chris Henry
Gates

Been offered R. Moss, A. Bradshaw, for Desean Jackson, Moreno. Brady to Moss would be nice. But giving Moreno would deplete my RB depth.

Thoughts?

Really like this trade for you. I always like getting the best player in a deal. Moss gives you 2 of the best receivers in the game and I feel he will be much more consistent each week than Desean. Moreno is just depth for you and Bradshaw isn't far behind Moreno. You should be OK at RB with Slaton and McGahee. Anybody on WW to help for depth at RB?

Help with mine please:

This is a real shame. On paper I like this deal. Problem is I really like Moreno a lot, enough to say I'm a homer. Another problem it would deplete your RB depth, but will improve as the season goes along.

Slaton hasn't looked great and McGahee certainly can't keep up his ridiculous pace. How about reooffering the same trade with McGahee in there instead of Moreno?

Value wise it evens it out a bit more and gives you room to start Knowdaddy each week.
