Sjax is the much better back, he is truly one of the elite players at his position in the NFL.
That said, Benson has shown (through 4 weeks, not for his career) that he can produce as a RB2.
His schedule is pretty juicy as well - @ BAL, HOU, CHI, BAL, @ PIT, @ OAK, CLE, DET, @ MIN, @ SD, KC
I count 7 decent to superb starts in his remaing 11 FF games.
Sjax is in a terrible situation is STL - personally I would absolutely love to see what he could do on a 1/2 way decent team - he really is a "special" player.
His schedule from here on out is pretty juicy as well - MIN, @ JAX, IND, @ DET, NO, ARI, SEA, @ CHI, @ TEN, HOU, @ ARI
I count 6 decent to superb starts in his remaining 11 FF games.
The difference I see in the 2 (out side the talent level) is the situations they are in - Cinci has looked good & look like they are going to be in most, if not all games - probably aren't going to have to abandon the run all that often, they have other weapons on offense, and there defense is pretty damn solid.
STL on the other hand are turly horrible - they look like they are going to get blow out more often than not & SJax is really all other teams have to worry about stopping - to add insult to injury, there defense is a sieve. However, Sjax will still managed to put up a handful of monster games through out the year.
If you can get a stud WR1 for Sjax - Moss, Andre, Fitz, Wayne, or Calvin I would move Sjax and roll the dice w/ Benson.
If you can't land 1 of those 5 guys, I would try and move Benson & hope that Sjax blows up here and there and at least consistently gets around 100 YFS in games where he's "shut down" so to speak.
