Bench Ronnie Brown? **WHIR**

Do I bench Ronnie Brown against a tough Jets D? The last few top RB's have put up good numbers against the Jets, but no td's. However, both RB's also had some passing offense and a qb who wasnt in his 2nd start. My only option right now really is Marshawn Lynch who's playing a Cleveland D who hasn't shown they can stop the run. I also have Ricky Williams, but he's under the same situation as Ronnie.

It's a toss-up between Lynch and Brown.... Williams is a distant third IMO. You are correct about the Jets D and the Cleve D so for me the choice is easy.

Lynch (Buf also won't be playing from behind this week, so the Buf running game should be used more than it was last week).

Ronnie Brown isnt likely to have many yards, but as his entire offense is based on the run, he is likely to score a TD, Marshawn is in sharing time with Fred Jackson, so I would start Ronnie eventhought that Marshawn can re-establish as the top back in Buffalo and run for many yards against a soft Cle run D.

Go with the most secure option with Ronnie!

Roll with Brown. At worst, you know he is going to touch the ball 20 times with his catches, whereas Lynch is still splitting carries evenly with an able bodied Fred Jackson. Brown seems a safer option and the one you'd be less pissed about if you sat him and he went off.

Ronnie however is also splitting carries with Ricky Williams... and it's still been pretty even distribution. Just a thought, and yeah, I'd be more pissed if I sat Ronnie and he went off then if I sat Marshawn.
