Who do I start at QB - Eli or Garrard?

Scoring is as follows:
1 pt per 25 yards passing
4 pts for a passing touchdown
-1 pt per interception
1 pt per 10 yards for each rushing & receiving
6 pts for a rushing, receiving or return touchdown
2 pts for a 2-Point conversion
-2 points for each fumble lost

I'm Giants fan, I love Eli, in your shoes I go Garrard without a doubt this week. Eli is starting, but the heel will limit him. WIth an injury and playing a bad team, Eli might be lifted early.
