Looking at my team would you do it? I'm 4-1 in my league but thinking about tryng to strengthen up my RB's just in case. League format is QB, 2 RBs, 3WRs, TE, K, DEF.
QB Ben Roethlisberger
WR Andre Johnson
WR Randy Moss
WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh
RB Adrian Peterson
RB Joseph Addai
TE Tony Gonzalez
K Nick Folk
DEF Cincinnati
WR Torry Holt
RB Correll Buckhalter
RB Donald Brown
WR Austin Collie
WR Miles Austin
QB Matt Hasselbeck

You're not getting much of an upgrade from Joseph Addai to Steven Jackson. You've got a solid roster...I wouldn't trade. You don't have much to backup Peterson/Addai...but I wouldn't give up Moss to get a backup. Buckhalter will heal eventually and should be a decent backup later on when Peterson is on a bye.
SKOL VIKINGS!

Hmm... I think I would do this. I do like Moss, but there's a reason S-Jax was a low Rd.1/high Rd.2 pick in a lot of leagues. Bad offense or not, the Rams run everything through him, and especially with Addai's injury concerns, I don't think it's accurate to say there's no upgrade there.
I guess ideally I'd see if you can negotiate this deal a little further in your favor first, but I'd rather be set at RB and picking up WRs than the other way around.
