Deangelo Williams and Steve Smith (carolina) worth holding?

Postby dtownsound8 » Mon Oct 12, 2009 6:50 pm

I have Steve Smith and Deangelo Williams on my team and I'm having a hard time deciding what to do with them...

They have great matchups the next six weeks, then again they had a great matchup yesterday and they both sucked.

Problem is their trade value right now is horrible. Can I count on them to finally break out or are they a lost cause?

I wouldn't drop them, but I traded Steve Smith and Addai for Marion Barber a few weeks ago and am trying to move DeAngelo in four deals right now.

DeAngelo and DeSean Jackson for Chris Johnson /Greg Jennings
DeAngelo for Benson and Welker
DeAngelo for Ronnie Brown and Welker

Basically, I'm lookiing to move him on all fronts. I know it is a sell low, but if you've seen Carolina this year...good golly miss molly. Why the expectations for them turning it around at this point? They couldnt punch it in how many times? Additionally, their playoff schedule is doo doo.

Patriots, Vikings, Giants? You think they will be in position to run the ball in those games? 8-o
