Pickup Burleson or Macklin? WHIR

Postby jarobert » Mon Oct 12, 2009 9:06 pm

With Calvin Johnson potentially out I'm going to need to add a receiver with some real upside for this week.

Looks like I'll need to drop Harvin or Manningham due to roster rules mandating 4 total WRs.

Which do you like? Burleson at home against the Cardinals or Macklin on the road at the Raiders?

Or pick up both and drop Harvin and Manningham?

Burleson. Maclin will be a boom or bust reciever because of all the weapons Philly has. Burleson has proven to be one of Hass's favorite targets.

Help with mine?

Well if you feel that uncomfortable A) wait til you know Megatron's status til you go an do something fool-hearted and B) if you have to make a move I'd go for Burleson. he's the #1 option in Seattle and its clear that way. Maclin would be my target in a keeper.

And if that's the case you have to stay put cuz Manny and Harvin need to be rostered in a keeper.
Both of these are good options.
