looking to trade for Eli Manning in keeper league. WHIR

Im in a 12 team keeper league. We can only keep 3 players. Whatever round you draft the player in is the round thAt you lose in the next draft. id lose a 7th rd pick next year for Eli. My record is 0-5 so im looking to make some moves already for next year.
here are some trade offers that the Eli owner gave me

2nd round pick
3rd and a 6th
mccoy and a 3rd

Now i think a 2nd round pick is way too much. Should I do one of the other 2? Or should I counter? I dk if its smart to trade mccoy but if westbrook is healthy mccoy dont play. ANy help is appreciated!

I don't think the 3rd and 6th would be a bad deal for Eli. Especially if this trade gives you a championship this year!
