Mendy/NE for NYG Def?

My starting RBs are SJax and MJD, with Bradshaw and Mendenhall on the bench. My starting Def is NE with San Fran on my bench. I've been offered the number one def in the league (NYG) for NE and Mendy. I'm hesitant to do this because NYG has been so awesome because they've had such a cake sched so far, and their next five games are brutal (NO, Az, SD, Atl, etc.). NE has a great playoff matchup, but am I crazy to turn down the highest scoring defense in the league?

Wow, no way you should do this.

Mendy has some question marks, but there is a better than 50/50 chance he is considered a top 10 RB by year's end.

Even though NYG is the best D, its still a defense and you will be fine with NE and SF.
