PPR league Welker/Boss for Westy/Avery

I'm in a 16 team keeper/ppr league; recently I was offered Westbrook and Avery for my Welker and Kevin Boss. Normally I'd jump on that, but I really don't feel that Westbrook has much left in the tank. Should I take it, or reject it?
