In serious need of help, D Williams trade

I am in a 12 team redraft league and am seriously hurting at 1-4. I have been offered a trade for DeAngelo Williams or Ray Rice for Mike Sims Walker or Tony Gonzalez/Vernon Davis.

MY full roster is:
QB E Manning, B Favre, M Sanchez
RB B Jacobs, D Williams, R. Rice, Darren Sproles
WR/TE, D Bowe, Lee Evans, Roy Williams, Chris Henry, Justin Gage, Austin Collie, M. Massaquoi

Defense and Kicker have been by matchup.

QB : A Rodgers
RB C Benson, LeSean McCoy, Addai, Coffee, Gore, Mike Bell
WR/TE Tony Gonzalez, Vernon Davis, Andre JOhnson, Wes Welker, Mike Sims-Walker, Jeremy MAclin
Defensse: Pittsburgh
K Mare

I would love to get rid of DeAngelo and start using Ray Rice as my number 2 next week, he has offered Vernon Davis, Tony Gonzalez or Mike Sims-Walker.

I really just need to get someone that is going to produce for me every week all of my games have been close and I need something to push me over the top for some wins.

Any help is appreciated and leave a link I will leave advice in return (but apparently you dont want it at 1-4)

It might be prudent to hold off on trading Deangelo as he has some very juicy matchups (TB and Buffalo) coming up. Could be a nice opportunity to let him rack up some points and sell high later on.

If you are intent on trading D-Will now though, I would insist on getting Tony G in return over Davis.
