Trading WR

I'm thinking of trading away a WR to upgrade. This is a 14 team Dynasty league, and I want to maybe grab a second RB that is young(ish) and could provide for my team. I have the WR depth to trade away, and was thinking of maybe trying to move Moss. He's been decent so far (as far as I can tell) and I figure if I could move him before he slows down (since he always does) and with his injury history I've gotten tired of him. Or should I move another WR and just hold onto Moss and hope he pans out.

Anyways, here's my team. What would you do?

The catch with this league: We can only make 1 FA pick up every 3 weeks. Not too much out there anyways, so it gets a bit rough.

What are some of the options at rb? I agree with this thinking though, as long as you are able to get anything for him.

FA options? I wouldn't be able to grab until after week 6, and even then I'm picking in the 10th-14th spot (it goes draft style bottom to top).

FA: Jerome Harrison, Heath Evans, Jason Snelling, Justin Forsett, Aaron Brown, Brian Leonard, Patrick Cobbs, Maurice Morris

I don't know what I could feasibly get for Moss (haven't been looking yet).
