Which WW Pickup at Receiver??

I need to make this pickup last because there is a limit of transactions in this league? I need to find someone that has long term upside to keep for the remainder of the season barring injury. Drop Massy or Henderson for?

I like Avery, Nicks, Maclin, and A Gonz more than Henderson/Mass. If you can only grab one I'd go with Avery and I'd drop Henderson. I think Massaquoi will get more consistent targets and I've never been a Henderson fan. Avery is still a match up play but a really good one given the amount of suck coming out of the Rams.
