Benson/Manningham for Turner/Knox

I just got offered an awesome trade but I am an idiot and feel a trap coming!

I get Michael Turner and Johnny Knox
I give Benson and Manningham

My current RB are Mojo, Kevin Smith, Benson, Stewart, Coffee
My current WR are Wayne, Roy Williams (blows), Manningham, Antonio Bryant, Massoquoi (picked him up for Buf, currently have a waiver pending to drop for Maclin), Crabtree (probably spew but I'm a fanboy)
If it matters I also have Peyton, Gates, Heath Miller (getting dropped for some FA WR)

Can only start 2 RB, start 3WR. So aside from Wayne my RB suck. Do the trade and obviously try and move Kevin Smith for a WR?
