ZACH MILLER OR VISANTHE SHIANCO?

I have Zach Miller who i think is a really good TE just on a bad team... so he suffers.. so i am wondering if i am better off pickin up visanthe shianco and using him.. is zach miller someone who can be dropped right now? should i do this?
