Collie or Garcon? Or do I even need one!? WHIR!!!

A team just dropped Garcon in my league. Collie is still available on Waivers......do I grab either guy? I have the roster space to grab both, but I'm planning on getting Donald Brown later in the week by dropping Coffee. I'm already pretty stacked (decently) at WR (see my signature), but the insurance plan couldn't hurt.
