RB trade

I’m in a non-PPR keeper league and just got offered a trade. In the trade, I would give up Brandon Jacobs and I would get back Kevin Smith, Derrick Ward and Kenny Britt. The problem is that I don’t really have a quality RB2. Here’s what the rest of my team is:

QB: Tom Brady and Brett Favre
RB: Brandon Jacobs, Joseph Addai, Carnell Williams, Ahmad Bradshaw, and Jerome Harrison
WR: Dwayne Bowe, Braylon Edwards, Santonio Holmes, Pierre Garcon, Torry Holt, Earl Bennett, and Lance Moore
TE: Todd Heap
K: Joe Nedney
DEF: San Diego and San Francisco

So as I said, I don’t really have another decent RB. It is a keeper league, so Smith would be better in the long run probably. Also, if it would help, here are his other players so maybe somebody could suggest a counter trade for Jacobs.

QB: Matt Schaub and Matt Ryan
RB: Chris Johnson, Kevin Smith, LeSean McCoy, Derrick Ward and Correll Buckhalter
WR: Hines Ward, Bobby Wade, Donnie Avery, Terrell Owens, Kenny Britt, and Devery Henderson
TE: Mercedes Lewis and John Carlson
K: Rian Lindell
DEF: Tennessee and Indianapolis

Any help would appreciated, as I suck at evaluating my own trades and hate making them. Also, would possibly Jacobs and somebody like Garcon be fair for Chris Johnson instead? I have some decent WRs and could part with one since he doesn't really have anybody. WHIR

Just by looks, it looks like a quality for quantity trade. No one you could plug into the lineup has the potential of Jacobs. I say don't do it just to trade. Jacobs will come around. They are keeping him fresh until later.

I have B.Jacobs as well and am trying to trade him since I don't like the whole Bradshaw situation. I was going to come up with an offer for you and then noticed you had Bradshaw as well so I think I would stay put.

However, if you can get C.Johnson then I would think about trying to trade B.Jacobs but I don't think the other guy will trade CJ. Try jacobs and a WR though and see what happens. Bradshaw is better than B.Jacobs right now and the coaches have already said they are going to involve Bradshaw more going forward and give him more touches then he has already seriously damaging B.Jacobs value!
