Hell yeah, makes my Ducks win over Purdue look even better. :-)

lots of people in my subdivision are purdue grads and have people over for the game today. If the Boilers win, maybe they'll rampage the streets, tip over cars, light things on fire. It'd be fun to watch, anyway.

Texas makes some phenomenal halftime adjustments. They have looked awful in the 1st half of a lot of games so far this year and come out and looked like a totally different team in the 2nd half.

And Notre Dame's.
"I can't say that. I'd have to say having Ryan Leaf quarterback us to a 1-15 record is probably the biggest challenge."

Rodney Harrison, on whether losing Tom Brady to injury was the greatest challenge he has faced in football.

Totally...cept they just gave up a big play there. Both teams looked pretty bad in the first half and both are playing much better now.

The OSU/Purdue game is on the Big 10 network. OSU just drove the ball down to about Purdue's 30 down by only 1 score but turned it over on downs. Can still get the ball back one more time with about a minute left if they can hold them without a first down.

And that's the ballgame. Facemask by Ohio State on 3rd down with the guy surrounded by Buckeyes 10 yards short of the first down.

Whew, good tackle by McCoy there. If that OU player houses that McCoy might have thrown his heisman chances away on that play.

Florida is looking awful so far. 3 sacks in the first quarter, dropped passes all over the place including an 80 yard would-be TD on a perfect pass to Cooper, and they just lost a fumble deep in their own territory on another sack on the next play.

I was thinking the same thing. I think that OU player could have housed that if he wasn't looking past McCoy. It looked like he just disregarded McCoy as a tackler and was looking ahead at who he had to outrun.

Yeah Florida isn't looking to hot right now. SC/ND looks like it's gonna be a shootout in the early going.
