Out of those choices I honestly would keep A.Bryant who has a decent connection with J.Johnson (although the Bucs suck he is still good for some receptions and a TD a game)

As far as the rest I would rate them like this:

Royal - turned it up last week and move him to #1 and pick him up if he does it again!
Hester - is returning this week but the Bears have alot of options so watch closely
D.Avery - is the only WR threat opposite SJAX on a poor Rams team but someone has to catch the ball!
Mason - His age surely shows on a run first team and although they have turned more to the passing game this year and Flacco looks good you have Clayton, Heap and Rice taking those catches!
Roy - Suck, Suck, Suck......going to be benched for M.Austin!!!

Bryant and Avery are on awful teams. Royal has been very bad this year. Baltimore is spreading it around. R Williams has the most talent, but has been injured and has never connected with Romo. Hester is a legit number 1 with a great QB.
