Slaton/T.Jones and Rivers/Ryan

I have two quagmires this week in terms of who to start and who to bench. The first being my runningback situation. Steve Slaton has been disappointing and Thomas Jones has been receiving a sporadic amount of carries with Washington and Greene getting a larger focus. As for my quarterbacks, Philip Rivers is facing the (surprisingly) malignant Denver defense whereas I also have Matt Ryan who is facing Chicago. At the moment i'm settling with Thomas Jones and Phillip Rivers but i'm leaving it the jury to decide. Any help or input is appreciated.
