Philip Rivers or Joe Flacco?

i know Rivers just came back from a bye week and is refreshed and ready to go, but he's playing the #5 best pass. def. in the league while flacco is playing the #18 ranked pass. defense in the league. Who should I start and why? thanks

I had both, I now have Rivers and will start him unless he just stinks it up week over week. Rivers has more experience and more weapons.
