Give Braylon Edwards for Gates? WHIR

I just had a blockbuster trade that landed me Brandon Jacobs and Chris Cooley. I was just offered Braylon Edwards for Antonio Gates. I think I'd like to do it and trade away Chris Cooley. My buddy offered Eddie Royal for Cooley, who has 37 targets this year and is clearly in the game plan. Does anyone like this trade? Is Eddie Royal enough?

Id do the Edwards for Gates trade. But Royal is too risky to give up Cooley to get. So dont do the royal trade.

I think I would do that, give Barylon a few weeks and he will start falling back in to his old habits again. Yes I would do that and then trade cooley for another WR - should be able to get a solid one with him.

I agree with the above poster, see if you can get a bit more, maybe you have to throw someone in but you should be able to pick up a top 15-20 WR for Cooley and maybe an extra player

I would not trade Gates for Braylon. I would consider moving Cooley given that Gates is past his bye week and thus you won't start any other TE the rest of the year.
