So... I find myself in a predicament. Went Chris Johnson R1 and Calvin Johnson R2. Obviously, both have underperformed in admirably (with the exception of Chris's monster performance against HOU). The rest of my team is:
QB: E Manning,
RB: R Brown, D Brown, C Wells, T Choice,
WR: D Bowe, B Berrian, J Knox, L Moore.
TE: J Finley, T Heap.
D: CHI
I actually thought this was a great draft... good core with some guys with upside. Turns out it wasn't. I am sitting at 2-3 and VERY concerned about my top two draft picks' real value. Also, Berrian has had a pretty dreadful season and C Wells has failed to materialize as any kind of threat whatsoever. Personally, I think they've fallen substantially. Defenses are closing down Chris J's ability to get to the outside (I mean 4 games with less than 10 fantasy points REALLY starts to become a trend - let's face it) and he just isn't a power running back. Calvin J has two injuries... could easily be a very limiting factor for the balance of the season.
So how do I restructure this team to increase my odds of success? Should I try to offload the Johnson's and get some value trades based on their names? Who out of my other guys - like Berrian, Moore, Wells - can I simply drop (or POSSIBLY trade) and whom could I reaplce them with?
WHIR.
Thanks!
